RE-POSITIONING KUTTNER AS A NORTH AMERICAN RESOURCE

Following an amicable split from a former partnership, Kuttner needed to establish itself as the go-to company for engineering, process equipment and environmental solutions in the U.S. market.

After performing qualitative research with existing and former customers, we recommended the development of the Kuttner North America brand to position Kuttner as the single-source for customers who need North American engineering and regulatory expertise, and the global technological resources available from Kuttner’s parent and sister companies.

To help support ongoing sales efforts, we designed a six-panel brochure to provide high-level information to prospects and customers on Kuttner’s full line of capabilities. The brochure also included a pocket for Kuttner’s sales representatives to insert more detailed product information, sell sheets and proposals.

We also designed, programmed and launched a new content-managed and search-optimized Web site for Kuttner, featuring the new “North America” brand. Launched at the same time as the completed brochure, Kuttner’s sales efforts and Web presence were fully integrated with the new look, brand and content. In addition, several case studies were identified depicting Kuttner’s advanced systems and engineered-solutions approach to solving regulatory-driven needs. LePoidevin Marketing was able to secure a cover story and placements in several leading industry trade publications.

In conjunction with collateral, Web site and public relations story development, we also produced several advertisements designed to generate traffic for the new Web site and encourage prospects to contact
the company for more information.
