Challenge:
Flexco needed to bolster its overall parts program, and more specifically, the company wanted to double the previous year’s sales of its ConShear™ replacement conveyor belt cleaner blades.
Solution:
LePoidevin Marketing recommended the development of a comprehensive multi-level sales promotion program for the Flexco sales team. It included the production of a tabbed file folder and a four-page brochure explaining the new replacement program, as well as a technical brief highlighting the strengths of ConShear blades.
Results:
The Clean Up with ConShear promotion package was mailed to managers and foremen at select regional mines. The Flexco sales team was also stocked with a supply to use in the field. Sales tripled as a direct result of the program, making this the most successful parts promotion in Flexco history.
